All artworks are packed and shipped once the payment transaction has been confirmed. Please allow me 5 to 10 business days to pack your artwork.

The duration of your shipping depends on your destination country. Estimated time in UK is 1-2 business days and for international shipping 5-10 business days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

The international shipping prices are automatically added at checkout based on your location.

Please note, that for international shipping outside of UK, artworks larger than 40 x 40inch recommended to be shipped unstretched and rolled in a tube. This is done for reasons of keeping shipping damage and shipping costs as low as possible.

After purchasing a large piece of art (above 40x40inch) I will contact you to discuss the best shipping options available. That may result in additional surcharge if you decide to ship it stretched.

Duties & Taxes

Original paintings, paper and canvas prints rolled or framed, going outside United Kingdom may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Egle Ramanauske is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your tracking number, please contact us at hello@egleart.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
